This new position is essential for the success of our new learning experiences for South Carolina students. As part of a collaborative team environment, this role assures the quality and effectiveness of the student, teacher and volunteer experience. This role is a great fit for candidates that have project management or community engagement experience. The position has a statewide focus is full time with competitive salary, bonus potential and comprehensive benefit package!
Primary Responsibilities:
Create positive Capstone experience for students, teachers and volunteers. Gain and apply knowledge and understanding of the Capstone operations, software and equipment.
Manage relationships with volunteers and teachers. Recruit volunteers, conduct trainings, solicit feedback, manage recognition efforts and maintain compliance documentation.
Effective communication with school district representatives to provide information and resolve inquiries related to capstone implementation and execution.
Work within and maintain budget goals.
Maintain records for student/class registrations and ensure quality data.
Requires state travel with overnight stays for implementation and execution of capstone simulation.
Qualifications (required)

Identify and anticipate the expectations and needs of various Junior Achievement stakeholders.
Ability to manage data appropriately and efficiently. Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products, specifically, Word, Excel and Outlook.
