Part-time Program Coordinator
This position is essential for the success of Junior Achievement Learning Experiences for South Carolina students. As part of a collaborative team environment, this role supports the daily functions of the program team. This role is a great fit for candidates that have project coordination or detailed experience in managing multiple projects at one time. The position has a statewide focus and is part time (approximately 20hrs a week) with remote work and some travel.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Classroom Based and Experiential Learning Programs statewide for students, by working with educators and volunteers to prepare for successful Learning Experiences.
- Effectively communicate and manage relationships with schools and educators to provide information about JA Learning Experiences.
- Assist the Program Team with Classroom Based and Experiential Learning Programs as needed.
- Assist and conduct Volunteer and Educator training as needed.
- Recruit volunteers, solicit feedback, manage recognition efforts and maintain compliance documentation.
- Maintain records by data entry of all learning experiences including but not limited to educators, schools and volunteers, ensure quality data.
Qualifications (required)

- Identify and anticipate the expectations and needs of various Junior Achievement stakeholders.
- Ability to manage data appropriately and efficiently. Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products, specifically, Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Requires the ability to travel 25% of the time, in the state as needed.
