Junior Achievement of Greater South Carolina Celebrates Transformative Leadership of Casey Pash

Columbia, SC – December 18, 2025 – Junior Achievement of Greater South Carolina (JAGSC) proudly announces the conclusion of Casey Pash’s remarkable 11-year tenure as CEO and President. Pash’s visionary leadership has transformed the organization into a statewide force for student success, driving growth, innovation, and impact across South Carolina.

Under Pash’s guidance, JAGSC expanded its reach from 18,000 students to more than 40,000 annually, introduced groundbreaking programs such as JA BizTown Mobile and JA Finance Park Mobile giving equal access to financial literacy to students throughout the state and successfully merged three regional organizations into one unified entity. These efforts strengthened the organization’s financial position, increasing combined net assets from $220,000 to over $2.4 million, and built a dedicated team committed to empowering young people with the skills and mindsets needed to thrive in the modern economy.

“Casey’s leadership has been nothing short of transformative,” said Annmarie Fini, Chair of the Board of Directors. “Her vision and passion have created opportunities for tens of thousands of students across South Carolina to learn, grow, and succeed. We celebrate her incredible contributions and look forward to building on the strong foundation she has established.”

Pash expressed gratitude for the collective achievements during her tenure: “Together—with our extraordinary Board, dedicated staff, inspiring Laureates, and generous community partners and investors—we have accomplished remarkable things. Today, our organization is stronger than ever and well positioned to continue leading the way in preparing South Carolina’s students for success.”

The Board of Directors has initiated a search for Pash’s successor, with details to be posted on the JAGSC website in January.
